Manufacturing Facility
We operate three dedicated facilities for our Vacuum and Heat Transfer Divisions, along with a specialized unit for Valves in Western India, supported by third-party fabrication facilities in Europe and Indonesia. This infrastructure is complemented by a modern R&D center, stringent quality standards, and a customer-focused approach.
To date, we have successfully supplied more than 500 Vacuum and Condensing Systems and over 2,500 Valves worldwide. All ejectors, wherever possible, undergo performance testing at our facility prior to shipment—either by our inspection personnel or, upon request, in the presence of the client’s inspecting authority—strictly in accordance with H.E.I. Standards or ASME PTC 24. Our test facility is equipped with a steam generation capacity of approximately 10,000 kg/hr at 17.5 kg/cm² (g) and a cooling water capacity of 1,200 TR. This enables us to guarantee foolproof performance of our systems across all installations. Notably, this facility is one of the largest of its kind in Asia.
